o   Open Houses-  I will hold open houses on your property to give Buyers and Neighbors a chance to stop by and see all that your home has to offer.
o   Staging and Professional Photos- “You only get one chance to make a first impression” - It is important to give buyers a good first impression so staging is imperative to every sale these days.  Since most buyers start their home search on the internet it is important to have professionals photos completed so we can give potential buyers the right first impression
o   Social Media- I promote and market all of my properties on not only the 550+ websites provided by Coldwell Banker but also on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn 

Negotiating in Your Favor
o   I will screen all offers that are received on the property to make sure that they are serious ready,willing, and able buyers
o   I will work with the buyers agents and buyers to negotiate the best terms for both parties to ensure the transaction will go to closing \
